请各位大虾翻译一下,其中custom work arrangement是指一种协定吗?Should the Supplier receive an order to carry out the custom work arrangement, the products, material and/or supplies provided by PIMKIE remain the full property of the latter. The SUPPLIER must process all said merchandise, unless the Purchase Order issued by PIMKIE stipulates otherwise, and waives the right to any lien on the merchandise, full property of PIMKIE.
The Supplier is responsible for the statutory stocking of materials and for the making of the Product. Should the Supplier identify any faulty sections of material(e.g. displaying a weaving, knitting, or dyeing fault etc.) he must inform PIMKIE of this as soon as possible. PIMKIE will decide whether or not they are to be used, with no amendment to the established production deadline. Remaining faulty supplies must be sent to PIMKIE in a separate parcel from those containing the finished products.
