首先,这句话里if一直到microsoft这部分都是条件状语从句,he到achievements是主句,which到life是非限定性定语从句.主句的谓语动词只有一个：achieve.
你说的grasped和left这个两个动词并不是这句话的谓语动词.
其次,我要说leaving shool and creating MS这个说法在这里不能这样用,因为这两个动词与grasp这个动词间的关系不是伴随,而是在结构上并列,时间上渐进的动词,所以不能用分词这种表伴随的形式.
再次,简单句中的谓语动词是有严格要求的,除并列谓语情况外,只能有一个,在这个句子中的主句刚才我也说了,谓语动词就achieve,因此符合这一要求.
