Sports is very important to us.But playing too much sports is not good,because you will feel exhausted.When you are tired,you should stop playing sports and drink some water.It’s said taking about thirty minutes’ sports every day is enough.And you should get some rest after doing sports.At the same time,you should also have a balanced diet and enough sleep.
