答：老师也说过,副词可以修饰形容词的.如：very good之very修饰形容词good.
但不是任何副词都可以修饰任何形容词的!
这可能是一段不知道从何处摘来的演讲词或作文：
、尽管许多人认为随着经济的高速发展,用自行车的人数会减少,自行车可能会消亡,然而,这几年我收集的一些信息让我相信自行车仍然会继续在现代社会发挥极其重要的作用.
Although many people claim that,along with the rapidly economic development,the number of people who use bicycle are decreasing and bicycle is bound to die out.The information I've collected over the recent years leads me to believe that bicycle will continue to play extremely important roles in modern society.
其中有很多句法句误：
1.rapidly -->rapid,修饰名词development
rapidly可以修饰谓语动词develop,rapid可以修饰名词development,rapidly不可能修饰形容词economic,更不可能修饰名词development.
2.the number of ...are decresing...-- is decresing,主语是单三the number
3.who use bicycle --> bicycles
4.bicycle is bound to die out ,--the bicycle is ...
或bicycles are .,
bicycle是一个可数名词的单数,一般情况下,不能单独存在（裸奔,前面没有限定词）.by bike 是抽象用法.
5.die out后面的句号改为逗号,the information ...成为主句.
6.believe that后的这个bicycle也要改成复数或the bicycle
7.to play an extremely important role in ...
看来这个可以作为改错题.再找一找,说不定还有几处语法错误!
。。。有时副词也可以修饰名词，这里修饰claim
with the rapidly 固定搭配,随着...... 的迅速.......
这里的这个副词是修饰后面那个形容词的。副词修饰动词和形容词，或者句子。
