D.可以是thousand连着前面的two，of是和tree在一起的……不知道对不对啊？

这题正确答案应该为A
如果thousand前没有数词,那么后面就可以加of并且thousand后一定要加s,即：thousands of trees
如果thousand前有个数词,那么能加s和of,因为这是表是的是两千.如：two thousand people
这和of是否和tree在一起无关
A 前面有具体数字，THOUSAND 不能加S，D是笼统数字应该加S

C, 因为后边的trees是复数。如果是D， 则应该是thousands of
