看来楼主的问题是有关问路的,那么'go straight' 通常有这些用法:
"go straight along the 5th avenue" 顺着第5大道走
"turn right onto the 5th avenue and go straight along for 10 minutes" 右转到第五大道,顺着走10分钟.这里'go straight along' 后面不用再重复'第五大道',就像在中文里一样,可以省略
"take the elevator and go straight to the 10th floor" 乘电梯,直接到10楼.这里用'go straight to' 表示直接去目的地.
还可以跟方向词,表示方向,如:
'go straight up the stairs',直着上楼 (up)
'go straight down the hill',直着下山 (down)
'go straight ahead' 直着向前 (ahead)
关于ahead,上面的例子是和 'go straight'一起用,单独的用法还有:
'turn left and if you look ahead you'll see the McDonald' 向左转,朝前看就是麦当劳
'construction ahead.please slow down.' 这是在高速公路上会看见的牌子,意思是'前面修理,请减速'
'Let's go full speed ahead.' 我们迅速向前吧!
