如果要在鸡蛋内挑骨头
可以有以下的建议
(1) 用wars 来代替 warfare
原因是warfare一般的用法的意思是状态方面
(2) 译文没有了人类的意思
(3)译文多了future的意思
(4) pays attention to也许可以用其他的词来代替
例如
morals are universally (generally) maintained
用universally来代替everybody比较好
因为中文的’人人’应当是笼统的说法
实际上不一定指全部的人,所有人(根本也没有可能)
maintain 比pay attention to 应当贴切一些
真正的和平-genuine peace,real peace
When morals are generally maintained,wars can be then be eliminated and
the world has real peace.
可以用 man 来指人类来代替the world
If everybody pays attention to morals,we can eliminate warfare utterly and embrace a peaceful future.
Until the moral standard rises, war will continue and the real peace is still up in the air.
前面都很好，就是“人类才有真正的和平”用“embrace a peaceful future”有点不切题意，可以改为can the human beings embrace truly peace.
只有怎么怎么样，才能后面的扒拉扒拉扒拉…… 所以前面的“人人讲道德”应该用虚拟语气。
动词pay应该用过去式Paid
