Nowadays more and more people are becoming aware of the importance of constant physical training,because they have noticed the disasdvantages of the unhealthy life style,never doing any body exercises at daytime and watching TV with inadequate body exercises at night.
Some hazard materials can not be eliminated or metabolized by doing physical training and will accumulate in people's body.Day after day,people can not afford this horrible accumulation.Thus,diseases occur.
Being aware of the importance of phsical training,people are willing to take part in the such physical exercise as swimming,skating,jogging,climbing the mountain.Of all kinds of sport games,jogging is a nice option,for its less sport intensity and higher energy consumption.
