前面的虚拟语气是固定的 就是这么用
而后面的I‘D RATHER是I WOULD RATHER的缩写
WOULD RATHER后面一般加的是动词原形
表达意愿的时候就用虚拟语气了
也是固定的

it's time 和 rather是明显的虚拟标志，后面的时态要倒退。
rather后面就跟过去时，就这么用。

第二个空would rather 之后与将来事实相反用一般过去时
