ABSTRACT
This thesis analyze the development of Qingdao services which mainly study the situation and the development of the outsourcing industry .It puts Qingdao Service Industry Development into the famous professor of Harvard Business School Andrews (Andrews) within the framework of the SWOT analysis. It analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of the Qingdao development services outsourcing industry from the perspective of each factor, and also analyzes the tremendous opportunities and the constraints of Qingdao development services outsourcing industry from the perspective of opportunities and threats. On the basic of this ,the subject concludes the situation and the characteristics of service outsourcing industry in Qingdao,and puts forward the strategy of W (internal restructuring strategy) and T strategy (external environment for building strategy)which maybe fit for the development of Qindao service outsourcing industry.
