May I have your attention,please?
As you know,our class will have a talk show on environment protection with Class One on May 4.th .Before it takes place,we feel great honoured to have invited Dr. Li from Qinghua University to make a relevent report.The report , concerning about the progress that Beijing has made in environment protection during recent years ,will be held at 2 p.m on Wednesday , April 30th . With an aim of helping us collect information and get ready for the speech ,we're looking forward to all of you presenting at the auditorium at the 3rd floor of the teaching building.We are meant to discuss the further details after the report.

May I have your attention, please?
As you know, our class will have a talk show on environment protection with Class One on May 4th. Before it takes place, we will attend a presentation by Dr Li from Qing Hua University, whom our class has invited, to give a presentation for us on Beijing's progress in solving its environmental problems these recent years. During his presentation. we should all remember takes notes about this topic, as to help us during the talk show. This presentation will be held on Wednesday April 30th, at 2 in the afternoon, in an auditorium on the third floor of the math department building. There will be further discussions afterwards.

May I have your attention, please? As you know, our class will have a talk show on environment protection with Class One on May 4th. In order to help us collect more useful information and prepare better(have better preparation) for the talk show, we have invited Dr. Li from QingHua University to give us a speech(make a report) on improvements and progresses that have been made concerning environmental protection in Beijing in recent years. Now, we will like to inform you the venue and time of the speech(event). It is in the auditorium on the 3rd floor in the building. The time is two o' clock in the afternoon on April 4th. It is compulsory for everyone. Further arrangements will be discussed after the metting.
