Dear Sam,
How is going?I hope things went well.
I'm sorry to hear that your grandpa is not feeling well.For elders I believe health issues are quite common,therefore I did a bit research for you,with some senior citizens in the neighbourhood.Some of their inputs require material and methods which are not hard to access ourside China,but some I believe can be easily carried out anywhere,simple but effective ones.
The most common practice is hot bathing his feet right before he went to bed,this require nothing but a basin or bucket,and hot water (40C~50C,depends on his comfortness),for around 15~30mins (again,depends on his comfortness,but do try to do longer time).
Another one is ear massage.Put a hot towel on the ear prior to massage,for about 5mins,them stroke the whole ear especially the lob for about 10mins.There are a lot of pressure points in human ear,therefore this practice will help smooth internal circulation to improve physical condition.
These two is most practical and easy to do among all those I heard and verified,and I hope it will help your grandpa to get better.

I found a good way to help your grandpapa. I hope it will help him. I visited an old man yesterday, he is about 80 years old. He is advanced in age, but his body is very good, still vigorous. He told me he likes eating red dates. He always early to bed, early to rise. He does the exercise every morning. And he is always keeping a good mood. He said, do these will help to keep his body healthy.
I think it's a good way to keep fit, too. I hope your grandpapa will be health. I look forward to your good news!
