Never have I had the idea that I want to be doctor until nowadays I watched Grey's Anatomy. It is a silly motivation. Who chose a career based on a show? But I really do want to be a doctor, more specifically, a surgeon.
My favorite character in the show, doctor Bailey, the so called Nasi. She is the doctor that I want to have when I am sick. She is professional as well as caring under the surface of being loud, strict and cold. A black woman, skillful at operating scaple, becoming more lovely after being a mom. There is times when Baily is facing with difficulties, sometimes even lethal situation. On the same day she was giving birth to her little boy, her husband was lethally injured in a car accident. At the time she decided to be a pediatric surgeon, her hushand gave her an ultimatum: pediaric surgeon or their marriage. Bailey is always Bailey. She never let us down. A strong, daring, reliable and responsible woman.

My second favorite character in the show, Cristina, an uncommon face with an even more uncommon personality. Her apperance was not the type I would like at first impression. An typical Asian face with a typical American thinking mode. At first, I was always laughing at her eyebrows. I also heard someone say that she looks like an alien viewed from a certain angle. Alien, trust me, it is not a good description. Cristina is likely to be another Bailey. I don't know yet. I really wish she could be together with the black handsome. Somehow, they didn't make it work. I have no idea why. Maybe it is just a show. Maybe it just happens in America.
