对社会负责人的企业,可以是：1）注重环保的企业（不能只顾盈利,应该很环保）；2）企业人要有自己的操守,不能坑害百姓（像社会上的毒大米、毒胶囊、毒奶粉的事情太多了.）3）不能唯利是图,要真正能为百姓和社会服务,回馈社会（像移动通讯搞得各种惠民活动,都是双赢的）；
为什么要搞这样的企业,原因可以自己分析了.明摆着的原因.
至于如何平衡盈利与在社会上真正地有所作为,可以自己发挥一下.比如：从创业的根子上怎么做、企业文化怎么设定、经营理念等（真正能够惠民、让利、诚信经营、真正让社会百姓改变生活质量).
