I don't agree with this statement because I think that the common characters of women make them capable for both jobs.
Generally speaking,women are as scrupulous as,if not more than men.Their care about details enables them to supervise the flow of currency perfectly.They are genius in money management.
At the same time,talented women are also sensitive.They know about the magic to melt the toughest heart.They make the employees or partners feel that they are concerned by her,which will consequently bring women loyal companions.
Women have an aptitude to manage their money and people well.
