Of course , not! I'd like to explain the question from the following points.
First, you will lose a lot of golden time which should be spent in learning knowledge if we love on campus. Because once you fall in love with someone, it means that you will spend a large amount of time thinking of him or her, and thus set your study aside, and eventually it will have a negative effect on your study, that is you will surely fall behind.
Second, you will lose many friends. The reason is that when we love on campus, all too often, we will be together with him or her, no longer our friends. So in this case, it will make you lose many friends rather than making new friends.
Last but not the least, as we know, we are not economically independent. If we have boyfriend or girlfriend, it means that we will spend more money on unnecessary expense, for example, going shopping, which will lead to add more financial burden to your parents.
From all the above reason, in my opinion, we can't love on campus.

My answer is yes.
Though we are still students, love is a feeling that nobody can control it. Love on campus may influence our study, but to some extent it also will encourage our study.
In a word, as far as we don't influence our attitude towards our life or go to some extremes, why cannot we love on campus?
