I'm gaining weight recently because I eat too much these days and don't do sports very often. I am busy with my work every day so I have less free time to do sports. When I am hungry I like eating hamburgers and meat. I don't think it's a good habbit. So I want to lose weight. I am going to ask my doctor what to do in order to lose weight. Then I am going to do sports at least half an hour every day. What's more important is what to eat. So I want to go on a diet. "Where there is a will, there is a way." I am sure, I will be slim again.

I am a not picky, like things to eat, and don't like to exercise . to ask what I like sports, it depends on my mood, sometimes I don't want to move, but sometimes I could suddenly want to go climbing, and then again on the systemic motion, but the weight is not down,I suddenly feel recently gained weight, the classmate also said I like fat now, It is why?
