i used to be nervous when i am talking to people. I was afraid of making mistakes or saying something stupid. What makes me feel worse is that people are unfriendly to me. Later i realized that i should not fear it and i should make up my mind to come over it. So i joined in the debate team in my school last year. In the team, i did a lot of research work so that i could get fully prepared for the debates. Gradually, I got more and more confident. I really learn that you should first know how you are going to express before you talk to someone. Practice makes perfect.
