而且我认为书上的翻译不够好,
应该译成“所有的孩子上学并一直念到青年时期,并不仅仅只是为了提升其就业前景.”

是分析对了的，是it作形式主语，后面to raise everyone's job prospets that ...作真正的主语，才符合我们中国人的说话习惯。
