1、a的歧义在于在gmat中,这样的表述指的是the Second World War 来using
2、at是一个时点,原句是一段时间,所以不一样
3、the是特指,这里明显是通过一个调查然后得出一个泛泛的年轻人和老人怎么怎么样.
gmat考试不能只抠语法,句义准确到变态的表达为主,语法规则为辅助.

第一题
A 和原句是 一样的，你选了没意义吧！C没有用到it 但是通过to help...的不定式结构表明了钱款的用途。
