我老师讲的是 如果一个句子中有两个在过去发生的事件 其中一个在另一个之前发生 那么较早发生的是就要用过去完成
但目前看来 您的意思是 若对第二件事情有影响才会用过去完成 是这样的吗？
”after和before是不合完成时搭配的“
意思是说 after 和 before后面从来不加过去完成？

改成left,对过去she wondered那一刻没有任何的影响,因此不用完成时.另外,sat语法中,看到after和before是不合完成时搭配的（在一个从句里面）.
2.D and连接平行结构,前后必须是独立的两个句子才能构成本句中的平行,后半句没有谓语动词而是doing,这在sat中很常见,把动词变成了doing作为错误,只要改回去就可以了
C,改为left,没有明显的过去概念一般不用过去完成时。
2，D吧？因为asserting her moral superiority逻辑上说是那个prime minister 发出的动作；这句话的主语是Gandhi,而-ing按语法来说应该是指的Gandhi的动作，与逻辑推理矛盾，故选D，改的话改成he asserted
