In the case of delivery periods exceeding 4 months,our offers as well as the prices quoted in our catalogues,lists etc.are without obligation; with all confirmed orders - including orders for goods to be delivered on demand and multiple delivery contracts in the case of which delivery exceeds 4 months after the order has been placed according to the agreement or at the request of the ordering party,we are entitled to pass on increases in prices for materials and labour to the ordering party within the scope of these increases and to make up for such increases between the time when the contract was concluded and the delivery of the goods.
