Sharon:But a normal,moderate level of unemployment is 5 percent,with one out of 20 workers unemployed.So at any given time if a person knows approximately 50 workers,one or more will very likely be unemployed.
Sharon’s argument relies on the assumption that

R说国家里90%的人声称自己知道有人失业.S说 正常的失业率是5% 也就是每20个工作的人中一人失业.所以任何时候如果某人认识50个workers,其中至少有一人很可能失业.
题目只要分析S的结论依据
B前提是 失业人口并不集中于某一特定独立的地区.你想想看,如果所有这些失业的人都集中于一个地区,其他地区都没有很多,那么如果某个其他地区的人认识50个workers,有可能这50人都没有失业.本来5%失业率指的是1/20个人失业,也就是2.5/50个人失业.但如果这个5%只是发生于某一个地区的,其他地区的人并不会发现有1/20个人失业.
C前提是 知道某人失业的这些人的人数总是高于总人口的90%.S的理论依据和R话里的90%没有什么必然联系,是个无关选项吧.这不是一个可以用来作为S的前提假设的选项.
