我觉得是选d.
原因：leave不是持续性的动作,不能用进行时,所以a b不对.
d用的是be to do结构,一般说来,这个结构表示两种语法结构,
一种是be +动词不定式,不定式做表语,表示主语和表语在概念上是等同的.
另一种是情态用语,表示“计划”,“打算”,“应该”,“义务”等等吧.建议你去查查它的用法.
选B啊 凭感觉的
选A。leave是来去目的语，可以用be doing的结构表示一般将来时（will do），即相当于No one will leave this building without the permission of the police.
选D是不对的.没有Noone is toleave的这种用法,要么是Noone toleave.
选B更不对了 will be 后面跟原形的.
选A也不对.因为is leaving 是现在进行时
应该选C.has left,现在完成时.
