我本来以为:turn 强调动作,但不强调完成.( 而例句1,2 显然是完成的动作,是翻过来,不只是 '翻' )
turn 强调完成的一个动作,而不强调过程.(可是 例句4 显然不强调完成,反而强调动作)
这样我就搞不清楚2者有何区别了
从上述几个例句来看,这5句里的turn 和turn over 均可以互换
（仅在此义上讨论,不必涉及2者的其它词义）
turn back 应该没有 使翻转 的本义,但我在字典上发现例句
