而that指代的是 information传播的速度,指代的是一个意群,而不是一个单词

that 指代前面的information， 一般形容词比较级最高级都是用that来指代的。。。 it 也可以， 只是that 用的更多，更习惯~
因为It 不能引导定语从句。
