我觉得这个but is also 并不是连在一起看的
but 应该单独看表并列,相当于Playing video game is also harmful to health.

这是固定搭配，but在任何情况下都不能省，also可省可不省

正常情况下，also是在be动词后的。
also可以省略

这个顺序好像是没什么固定的，一般习惯写法都是把be动词放在also前面的。
