1.第一次使用马弗炉或长期停用后再次使用时应先进行烘炉,温度200～600℃,时间约4小时.使用时炉膛温度不得超过最高炉温,也不要长时间工作在额定温度以上.

1、 当电阻炉、茂福炉、马福炉、箱式电阻炉第一次使用或长期停用后再次使用时,必须进行烘炉.烘炉的时间应为室温200℃四小时.200℃至600℃四小时.使用时,炉温最高不得超过额定温度,以免烧毁电热元件.禁止向炉内灌注各种液体及易溶解的金属,茂福炉最好在低于最高温度50℃以下工作,此时炉丝有较长的寿命.
